Ingredients:
* 1-2 Drops Oregano e/o
* 1-2Drops Wintergreen e/o
* 10 Drops Olive Oil
Directions
This is what I use to handle the bursitis I get infrequently in my shoulder. Have the Olive Oil or some vegetable oil handy because this one can get hot! You will smell like a wintergreen pizza, so do this before bed time and apologize to your spouse ahead of time. Put 1 drop of Oregano essential oil on the affected joint then put 1-2 drops of Wintergreen on the same area. Take a warm wash cloth and put it over the area and cover with a towel. This will help get the oils into the joint tissue. In a few minutes it may get hot. If you are not familiar with working with Oregano, I suggest you don’t put the warm compress on the first time. If the area gets too hot, you can remove the sting with a bit of Olive Oil or Vegetable oil. Bursitis can be an early stage of arthritis, so see you health care provider.
