Here is some good news to start the New Year, particularly if you are like most of us and have over indulged a little during the festive season.
According to research just published in the Journal of Nutrition, some Japanese researchers have found that Omega 3 fish oil can reduce body weight gain by boosting fat metabolism. At least in mice!
