* 1/4 cup water
* 1/4 cup liquid castile soap
* 1/2 teaspoon sunflower oil or any light vegetable oil
Mix the ingredients together and shampoo hair as usual.
Although this shampoo may be thinner than commercial products, it produces a nice lather, thanks to the castile soap.
